It’s Throwback Thursday!
Well this was a dramatic change, especially in South Miami! The original house was built in 1961 and occupied by the most wonderful family for over 50 years. Bettie and Frank may have been my very favorite neighbors, and when we sold this sweet house on the Snapper Creek Canal in South Miami in 2012 I was really sad to see them go. We had multiple offers and sold the house very quickly. All Go Construction built a beautiful new home and it was sold while still in the design stage!
That little slice of paradise in South Miami behind Dante Fascell Park is a very special place to live; and I know for a fact that address has good Karma, because Frank and Bettie left it behind.
