It’s no secret that the market for homes under one million dollars in Miami is shrinking at break neck speed, but beyond that fact finding ‘turn key’ homes and following the mantra of ‘location, location, location’ is nearly impossible! The Buyers were new to Miami (new to me as well) and learned very quickly just how fast one must move in order to buy a house in this town. In just two weeks we covered a lot of ground in Schenley Park, Coral Gables, the UM corridor, and east Kendall. We visited this wonderful home in Kendall Point as soon as it came on the market and made an offer shortly after (and weren’t the only ones either). It was the proverbial match made in heaven; fantastic Seller, ideal Buyers, all rational souls looking for the same end result. Everyone left with a smile:) Congratulations to all!
